Travel-Related Schedule

Day 1: Departure from Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot by sleeper train to Jammu-Katra.

Day 2: Hotel check-in at Katra.

Day 3: After breakfast, visit Vaishno Devi Temple and Shivkhori.

Day 4: After breakfast, proceed to Pahalgam.

Day 5: After breakfast, sightseeing by horse, doli (palanquin), helicopter, or other vehicles at Pahalgam.

Day 6: After breakfast, return to Katra by sleeper train to Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, and Rajkot.

Day 7: Arrival at Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, and Rajkot.

Package Includes:

4 breakfasts and 3 days hotel stay with 4 dinners. 1 day for Vaishno Devi Temple darshan and Shivkhori darshan. 1 day for Pahalgam sightseeing. Local transportation will be provided for sightseeing in a shared vehicle. Stay in a 2-star AC hotel with accommodation for four people in one room (at Katra).

Hotel

Hotel registration and check-in will be at noon. The hotel room and water facilities are limited to the hotel's rules (as per the hotel management). Tea will be provided in the hotel room. Limited hotel availability.

Special Note:

Couples will get private room accommodation. The group room charges will apply for 3-4 people. For breakfast and meals, the restaurant timings will be from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The train will depart from Katra after breakfast. A maximum of 4 people can stay in one hotel room. If the customer requests a private room, an additional charge of Rs. 4,000/- will apply. Group travel arrangements depend on weather conditions. The company reserves the right to make changes to the travel itinerary.

Travel Cancellation/Refund Policy Rules

  • If a booking is canceled 30 days before the departure, 10% cancellation charges will be applied. For cancellations made between 20-29 days prior, 25% cancellation charges will apply. For cancellations between 10-19 days, 50% charges will be applied. If the cancellation is made 9 days or less before the departure, there will be no refund.
  • If a visa is denied or rejected, the refund will only be processed for non-visa-related expenses. The visa fee will not be refunded.
  • 100% refund is available only if the visa is rejected after processing, and all the necessary documentation is provided. However, cancellation charges for any additional services will still apply.
  • Flight or train tickets booked as part of the trip cannot be refunded if canceled or not used, as per the rules.
  • No refunds will be provided for unused services, such as meals, entry tickets, or sightseeing, if missed or unused during the trip.
  • If cancellation is made due to reasons like illness, accident, or family emergencies, a medical certificate or relevant documentation must be provided to process the refund request.
  • If the trip is canceled or altered due to weather, natural disasters, or government regulations, an appropriate refund or rescheduling will be considered based on the situation.
  • There will be no refund for voluntary discontinuation of the trip by the traveler after the trip begins.
  • In case of disputes related to refunds, the company's decision will be final and binding.
  • The company will not be liable for any refund due to delays caused by external factors like transportation strikes, weather conditions, or political issues.
  • For any refunds to be processed, original booking documents must be submitted, including tickets, invoices, and payment receipts.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, and any applicable refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of approval.
